Dr. Samano II is board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996. Dr. Samano II is a member of the Florida Medical Association, the Orange County Medical Society, and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. He is also a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Following an internship at Florida Hospital East Orlando, Dr. Samano II completed his residency at the same hospital. During that time, he was awarded the honor of Chief Resident and co-authored a motivational book on weight loss.
